First Grade
Welcome to First Grade at Dearing Elementary School. We are delighted to have your child here with us. Listed below are the supplies your child will need this year for school. You may bring these with you to our open house or send them with your child on the first day of school. We are looking forward to an exciting year at DES!
2023-2024 First Grade Supply List
- 1 package of 2 pink erasers
- 1 pair of scissors (NO point)
- 2 70-page spiral notebook o 1 (1 ½ inch) three-ring binder
- 1-inch OR 1-1/2 inch three ring binder (no larger please)
- Glue sticks*
- 2 8-count pack of basic crayons*
- 2 package of pencils* (wood only - NO decorative plastic)
Helping Hand Donations Appreciated:
- 1 box of gallon-sized storage bags
- 1 box of quart-sized storage bags
- 2 boxes of tissue
- 1 box of baby wipes
- 2 packages of fine tip dry-erase markers* (for student use)
*These items are to replenish the initial supply provided by the school.
