DES Grading Policy

Students will receive their report cards each nine weeks.  Grades are stored via the electronic system called PowerSchool.  Parents can request a PowerSchool Parent portal login to view their child's grades.  Parents must present a picture ID to the office to receive log in information.

• Grading scales:
• 90-100:  A
• 80-89:    B
• 70-79:    C
• 0-69:      F

• O:         Outstanding
• E:         Excellent
• S:         Satisfactory
• N:         Needs Improvement
• U:         Unsatisfactory
