First Grade
Welcome to First Grade at Dearing Elementary School. We are delighted to have your child here with us. Listed below are the supplies your child will need this year for school. You may bring these with you to our open house or send them with your child on the first day of school. We are looking forward to an exciting year at DES!
2025-2026 First Grade Supply List
● 1 package of 2 pink erasers
● 1 pair of blunt tip or round tip scissors (NO point)
● 2 spiral/composition notebooks
● 1 three-ring binder (1-inch or 1 ½-inch size)
● 1 pack of glue sticks*
● 2 packs of #2 pencils* (NO decorative or mechanical pencils)
● 1 24-count pack of crayons*
Helping Hand Donations Appreciated:
● Baby wipes
● Fine tip dry-erase markers (for student use)
● 1 box of storage bags (various sizes)
● 2 boxes of facial tissues*
*These items are to replenish the initial supply provided by the school.
